History
Our Heritage
Our Church was founded in 1673 and is now part of the United Reformed Church
in the United Kingdom. This denomination was formed in 1972 on a national
level when the Congregational Church and the Presbyterian Church came
together. They were later joined by the Churches of Christ. It is commonly
called the 'URC' and is committed to working together with other churches as
much as possible.
